A transition in shareholding and the arrival of a new Chief Executive Officer are supporting the company’s next phase of national expansion.

Today, Expedibox is entering a new stage of its development with its acquisition by Marc Tardif, current owner of Perfix Inc., an international leader in the manufacturing of lockers and metal storage furniture.

Co-founders and former shareholders Francis Campbell and Alexandre Vignola Côté remain actively involved within Expedibox.
